What this tool does
This is a capacity estimate, not an ROI forecast. It adds ordinary handling time and extra review time. It excludes breaks, meetings and unsampled work unless you include them in your inputs.
Common questions
How should I measure handling time?
Time a representative sample, including reading and deciding what to do. Use a separate extra-review estimate for cases needing investigation.
Does it estimate the benefit of AI?
No. It does not assume an automation rate or promise saved hours. Measure changes against a real baseline after testing.
How is staffing calculated?
Daily handling hours divided by the productive handling hours available per person, rounded up. Use it as a planning input, not an exact headcount requirement.
