Instagram comment moderation, auto-replies and comment-to-DM

Q: How do I hide spam comments on Instagram automatically?

Connect your Instagram account to Blabla, then turn on moderation with keyword rules and AI filters. Blabla hides spam, scams, insults and competitor links on your posts and Reels as soon as they appear, and on your Instagram ads with the Pro plan. It runs 24/7 through Meta’s official API.

Q: Can Blabla reply to Instagram DMs automatically?

Yes. Blabla reads your Instagram DMs and answers them with AI, in your brand’s tone and from your own FAQ. You can let replies go out automatically or keep them as suggestions to approve. Conversations that need a person, such as a complaint or a sales lead, can be assigned to a teammate.

Q: How do I send a DM to people who comment a keyword on Instagram?

Create a comment-to-DM automation in Blabla: choose the keyword, the posts or Reels it applies to and the message to send. When someone comments that keyword, Blabla sends them a private DM with your link or offer and can reply to the comment publicly. Standard includes up to 5,000 runs a month.

Q: Is Blabla safe for my Instagram account?

Blabla connects to Instagram only through Meta’s official Graph API, with the permissions you grant when you connect your account. It never likes or comments on other people’s posts and never sells followers, views or engagement. It only acts on the comments and DMs of the accounts you connect.

Q: Can I schedule Instagram posts with Blabla?

Instagram scheduling is in limited-access beta for posts, carousels, Reels and Stories, subject to account permissions and format checks. Prepare a first comment, preview your grid and review suggested times based on your engagement. Compatible posts can use moderation, AI replies or keyword-to-DM automation. Contact the team to check access for your account.

Hide spam and hateful comments on your posts, Reels and ads, answer comments and DMs with AI in your tone, and send a DM when someone comments your keyword.
